Google TV which is the company’s new app on Android and the new Chromecast is designed as a one stop shop for looking for new shows, films to watch as well a keeping track of current shows you’re watching across multiple different services. However when the app launched recently, it was surprising as it had access to Netflix content which is something the company is famously not happy in partaking in, with the Apple TV app on iOS and the Apple TV, it is well known that Netflix is one of the most major services to not work with it.

As of today, users have reported that Netflix is no longer accessible through Google TV on Android – users cant even link the app now either. Other services, such as Disney+, HBO Max and Hulu do still work. This issue isn’t affecting the new Chromecast with Google TV it seems.
