Hertz in the US is going to be rapidly expanding its rollout of electric cars, it has previously been solely relying on Tesla for its fleet but now it is broadening its horizons to Polestar. Hertz will be buying up to 65,000 Polestar 2 cars over the next five years, but this could expand to other models with time, such as the upcoming SUV the company is working on.

Come this spring, Hertz will have access to the Polestar 2 here in Europe and then North America and Australia later in 2022. Hertz is aiming to be one of the largest rental companies for offering electric vehicles in the world.
