Apple has today released a new minor update for iOS 15 and iPadOS 15 with iOS 15.6.1 and iPadOS 15.6.1. These updates come just under a month after Apple released iOS 15.6 and iPadOS 15.6.
Both OS 15.6.1 and iPadOS 15.6.1 are available now and can be downloaded by gong to Settings > General > Software Update. The main things addressed are bug fixes and security improvements, but one security flaw addressed was related to WebKit and kernel vulnerabilities.
Apple is expected to make iOS 16 available some time in September, alongside the new iPhone 14. iPadOS 16 is reported to have been delayed.
