Amazon launches its own TV in India

Amazon has a new TV in India released under its budget AmazonBasics brand, and it is a Fire TV Edition TV, essentially running the same interface and software you’d find on a standalone Fire TV Stick. This is the first time Amazon has made its own TV under the Fire TV Edition program, typically it partners with other TV manufacturers.

So far Amazon has two versions, a 50-inch model and a 55-inch model at $410 (£328) and $480 (£384) respectively. Both have 4K LED panels, with support for HDR 10, as well as Dolby Vision.

Also, has the TVs are running the Fire TV operating system, the remote included is the Alexa voice remote.
