Apple has now stopped signing iOS 13.3.1 now that iOS 13.4 is out

A pple released iOS 13.4 last week on Tuesday, which brought many new features such as iCloud Folder Sharing, a fix for the Mail toolbar and a few other new features. Now that iOS 13.4 has been out for over a week Apple has decided to not sign iOS 13.3.1 which makes downgrading impossible.

iOS 13.4.5 was released to developers in beta this week, which has added a new feature for sharing Apple Music songs to Instagram Stories.
