Apple has now stopped signing iOS 13.3.1 now that iOS 13.4 is out

Apple released iOS 13.4 last week on Tuesday, which brought many new features such as iCloud Folder Sharing, a fix for the Mail toolbar and a few other new features. Now that iOS 13.4 has been out for over a week Apple has decided to not sign iOS 13.3.1 which makes downgrading impossible.

iOS 13.4.5 was released to developers in beta this week, which has added a new feature for sharing Apple Music songs to Instagram Stories.
