Today, Apple has releases a minor update to the Apple TV HD (4th gen) and Apple TV 4K (5th gen) in the form of tvOS 12.2.1

As usual, any tvOS updates as well as any forr watchOS, iOS and macOS are free and tvOS 12.2.1 can be downloaded by going to Settings > System > Software Update then follow the on screen instructions.

What’s new in this update?

For the Apple TV, it is always difficult as to what is included with any updates or what has been improved, as Apple never includes release notes for Apple TV – despite when it is a major update i.e tvOS 11 or tvOS 12.

But as usual with any app or system update, there is always bug fixes and tvOS 12.2.1 is likely no exception.
