Music has always been an integral part of the Forza Motorsport franchise, back when Forza 5 was released – Microsoft was praised for the high quality and well placed orchestral music for when taking part in heated challenges in game.

With the newly announced Forza Motorsport 7, Microsoft is adding in support for the user’s own music, this has already been experimented on with in Forza Horizon 3 where compatibly with Microsoft Groove was included.

OneDrive Music

With Forza 7 support for OneDrive Music has been included, allowing gamers to play their own purchased music. You just upload your MP3 files to OneDrive, and they will appear in the music section.

Forza Motorsport was announced earlier this month at E3, the game is available to pre-order now and will launch on October 3 for Windows 10 and Xbox One.

If you pre-order the ultimate edition, the game will be available a little earlier on September 29.
