Google Cloud Print is being shut down tomorow

Google Cloud Print is being shut down tomorow

Last November, we reported that Google is planning on shutting down Cloud Print on the first day of 2021. The service has been around since 2010 and it has been a very convenient (and free) way to print remotely as well as view print jobs online and 2017, Google Cloud Print was the only way to print from Chrome OS.

Google Cloud Print will be deprecated in December 2020.

Before end of 2020—We recommend that you find an alternative print solution and migrate your print services.

January 1, 2021—Google Cloud Print will no longer be supported and devices across all operating systems will not be able to print using Google Cloud Print.
