HomePod 15 software update out now

Yesterday, Apple released a new version of the operating system that runs on the HomePod and HomePod mini.

The new OS now allows a single or pair of HomePod minis to be paired to an Apple TV 4K for a default audio output, Siri can now turn on Apple TV when asked and Siri can now turn on accessories on HomeKit in the future.

You can update the HomePod OS on your device from the Home app, otherwise it’ll happen automatically.
