Microsoft now has a beta version of Office for Mac with support for Apple Silicon

Earlier this week, Apple announced the new M1 chip for Mac, and it is already in the new MacBook Air, MacBook Pro 13-inch and Mac mini. Apps do need to be updated to support the new models, otherwise they’ll be emulated using Rosetta 2 and earlier this week Microsoft has released the first beta of Office for Mac with support for the new chips.
