New Apple Watch SE is available now

Earlier this week, along side the Apple Watch Series 6 – Apple debuted the Apple Watch SE, a watch which is on the service very similar to the Series 6 in terms the design but has some features missing in order to meet that price point. Series 6 starts at £369 and the SE starts at £269.

Apple has removed the always on display, it has the S5 chip from the Series 5, it doesn’t have ECG, 5GHz WiFi, Blood Oxygen Sensor, U1 chip is not here and the SE only comes in aluminium cases with or without cellular connectivity. However despite this, the Apple Watch SE is a solid choice for someone who wants an Apple Watch but is not overly concerned about having every new feature on the more expensive models.

Apple Watch SE is on sale now, starting at £269.
