Samsung Gear VR for consumers now on sale for $99/£65

Samsung has finally made the Gear VR available to consumers for only $99 in the US, this model is the most consumer friendly version of the device yet. Unlike Google cardboard, Gear VR only works with most of the new Samsung phones including the Samsung Galaxy S6, Note 5 and S6 Edge+. At this point in time it is only available in the US and apps such as Hulu and more will work with the device.

Gear VR is available now on Amazon and Oculus have said that it will be available worldwide soon.
