Ted Lasso on Apple TV+ has two Golden Globes nominations

Last year during the confusion and sad news, the series Ted Lasso on Apple TV+ seemed to come at the right time for a lot of people, most people had the service for a still free trial since the end of 2019 and the whole series had a good feels vibe about it and that worked for a lot of people. Earlier this week, as reported by The New York Times the show has been nominated for two Golden Globes.

Ted Lasso has been nominated for ‘Best Television Series, Musical, or Comedy’ and Jason Sudeikis who plays Ted Lasso in the show has been nominated for ‘Best Performance by an Actor in a TV Series, Musical, or Comedy’.

It wasn’t just the one show from Apple TV+ that was nominated, Bill Murray has been nominated for ‘Best Performance by an Actor in a Supporting Role in Any Motion Picture’ for his role in the film On the Rocks. Wolfwalkers also was nominated for ‘Best Animated Film’.

Apple has a new series of Ted Lasso coming up this year as well as new series of The Morning Show too.
