WWDC 2017 will be June 5-9 in San Jose

Like every year in June, Apple hosts a week long event for iOS and macOS developers. Allowing them to have insight into the new features of the upcoming operation systems and APIs. But on the first day of that week, Apple hosts a keynote presentation outlining the next version of iOS, macOS, watchOS and tvOS.

WWDC 2017

Today, Apple has revealed when this years conference will take place – this time around it’ll run fro Monday June 5 to Friday June 9, with a new location. Since 2003 Apple has always hosted the developer conference in San Francisco, the same venue that Google uses for its I/O event. This time Apple is returning to San Jose, the last time it was used was back in 2002.

At WWDC 2017, Apple is expected to give insight into the new features of iOS 11, macOS 10.13, tvOS 11 and of course watchOS 4.

For developers wishing to attend, the tickets are the same price as usual at $1,599 each and with a randomised lottery to avoid the website crashing. These will go on sale on Monday March 27 at 10am PT.

What big things do you want Apple to add to iOS 11 this year? Let us know in the comments.
