Apple News+ is now out in the UK and Australia

Back in the early part of this year, Apple launched its magazine and newspaper subscription in the US and Canada, with the note that later in the year the service would come to the UK and Australia. Now this week, amongst all the iOS 13 updates, Apple has now launched Apple News+.

Apple News+ is $9.99 per month for 6 users, if you use Apple’s Family Sharing service, with a month free trial. Here in the UK it is £9.99 per month, with the same month free trial.

What magazines can I get?

In the US and Canada the headline magazines and newspapers are The Wall Street Journal, LA Times, National Geographic and Rolling Stone.

Here in the UK, magazines and newspapers on offer are The Times, The Sunday Times, Auto Express and The Daily Telegraph.

Many of these are available in Australia too, including Australian Women’s Health, The Australian Women’s Weekly and Vogue AU – amongst may more.

Availability

Apple News+ is out now and iOS, iPadOS and macOS users in the UK and Australia can get access to the service so long as your device is on iOS 12.2 or later and macOS 10.14.4 or later.
