Apple is now giving many US retail staff wage raises

According to a report from Bloomberg, Apple is giving many of its US based retail staff a pay rise. The company is said to be increasing wages for many of its store based staff in the country by around 10 percent.

The main reason for this being, staff complaints, inflation and more. The increases in pay were announced earlier this week during store meetings, says Bloomberg. However, not all members of staff will be receiving pay increases.

As well as an increase in money, Apple is also going to be improving its offering of benefits, with double the amount of paid sick days up from six to twelve and these days can be used for such things as illness, mental health issues or even taking family members to the doctor.
