Apple Pay will be available in China on February 18

Another country will soon be getting Apple Pay, so far the service is available United States from launch and has since expanded to the United Kingdom back in the summer. Also late last year Canada was added for support but with American Express cards only . But the big news is that China will be getting Apple Pay by tomorrow which is February 18th, according to social media posts from UnionPay. Although Apple hasn’t confirmed this, but a dedicated mini website for Apple Pay in China is live on the Apple website.

Apple needs this to succeed, China is a big market which it still has left to fully conquer. The most recent iPhone earnings showed growth for the iPhone and Mac but as soon as Apple cracks China and India it should be on for more growth, but the most recent iPhone 5se which is rumoured to be available later in March may help to this.
