Apple releases tvOS 15 for Apple TV HD and 4K

Apple yesterday released tvOS 15 for Apple TV HD and Apple TV 4K with support for HomePod mini to be a default audio output device, support for spatial surround sound when paired with AirPods Pro or AirPods Max as well as the “Shared with You” section from iOS 15.

Later in the year, support for SharePlay will be coming, allowing you to watch a tv show, listen to music and more with friends at the same time.

The update for Apple TV is out now and can be updated now manually from the Settings app.
