Apple stops signing iOS 13.2, now that 13.2.2 has been out for over a week

As it often does a few week after a version of iOS has been released, Apple has stopped signing iOS 13.2 which was released before iOS 13.2.2.

iOS 13.2.2 was released on November 7th, just over a week ago now and contained bug fixes for background apps quitting.
