Apple TV+ and Apple TV 4K launching in South Korea next month

Apple has revealed today that the Apple TV 4K box and the Apple TV+ streaming service will be launching in South Korea next month, on 4th November. To celebrate the launch, Apple is launching its first Korean original series on the same day, with “Dr. Brain.”

“Dr. Brain is an emotional journey that follows a brain scientist who is obsessive about figuring out new technologies to access the consciousness and memories of the brain. His life goes sideways when his family falls victim to a mysterious accident, and he uses his skills to access memories from his wife’s brain to piece together the mystery of what actually happened to his family and why.”

Apple is also partnering with SK Broadband, a local ISP to launch Apple TV+ and it’ll cost 6,500 won per month. £4.00 / $5.50
