Some apps in macOS Sierra might have Dark Mode

Some apps in macOS Sierra might have Dark Mode

With last years OS X Yosemite, Apple released a Dark Mode addition to the operating system, when enabled it turns the dock and menu bar darker as opposed to the translucent iOS esque feel, now with the macOS Sierra which is still being worked on Apple may be looking at bringing this stealthier look to the rest of the operating system.

This news has come from a user on Twitter who happens to be a developer and he has managed to uncover some code wishing macOS which gives the entire OS a new darker feel, in the images it only shows Safari and the Settings app in the new look.

According to 9to5Mac – at this point it is unlikely that Dark Mode will show up in iOS 10 and macOS this year.
