Ferrari will make an electric car in 2025

Ferrari will be launching its first electric car in 2025, as the entire industry is making huge shifts towards electrification, with the likes of Audi, Porsche and Mercedes all making large inroads into bringing out new electric models. John Elkann, head of Ferrari has said that Ferrari will be launching its first EV model in 2025 – but the company has not promised a release date yet.

“You can be sure this will be everything you dream the engineers and designers at Maranello can imagine for such a landmark in our history.”

John Elkann

Elkann also mentioned that in 2022, Ferrari will be launching the company’s first SUV, the Purosangue.
