Many Stellantis MPVs now only available as EV

Stellantis has announced that a lot of its MPV versions of commercial vans are now going to be electric only, as the company discontinues all combustion versions. The Citroen Berlingo, Peugeot Rifter and Vauxhall Combo Life are now going to be EV only in most of Europe as the need for electric propulsion accelerates.

Vauxhall is investing £100 million into the old Vauxhall Astra factory at Ellesmere Port to produce the electric versions of the Rifter, Berlingo and Combo Life with production to start later this year. The Citroën ë-Berlingo starts at £29,575, which has a jump in price over the combustion variant, which was £22,135.
