Most bugs reported have a reward for reporting it and Microsoft today is launching a bug bounty program for the Xbox platform with payouts from $500 to $20,000 depending on the severity.

Microsoft has had a bug bounty program for bugs and vulnerabilities on Windows, Office, Edge, Internet Explorer and more and today marks the inclusion of Xbox.
