Soon, the line of Nest Audio speakers with the combination of Chromecast will work together to form a home theatre setup, much like how the HomePod and HomePod mini work with the Apple TV.

Google has spoken to the Wall Street Journal and confirmed this and the update should be coming soon, at some stage. At the moment there isn’t much information how exactly how it works or if it supports Dolby Atmos like the HomePod does, but we shall find out when it is released.
