New MG ZS EV facelift model now on sale in the UK

Starting today in the UK, the new MG ZS EV has now go on sale, with prices starting at £28,495, including the government’s £2,500 plug-in car grant. MG announced the new redesigned ZS EV last month, with its new larger battery pack, at 72kWh it’ll do 273 miles on one charge.

There is a smaller pack available still, at 51kWh and that’ll do 198 miles – however that version is coming next year. In terms of charging, rapid charging is 76kW and MG says that the Long Range model, when using CCS will charge up in 42 minutes.

Inside is where MG has done a lot of work, with a much more modern look, red sticking and a large 10.1-inch screen, wireless smartphone charging and a digital display for the driver.
