Rollout of Volkswagen ID.4 for the US is delayed

The new Volkswagen ID.3 which has recently launched here in the UK and Europe in the past few months and it wont be making its way to the US, but the new ID.4 SUV will be, well at least soon as so far it has been delayed.

The ID.4 was originally supposed to launch in the US at the end of 2020, but so far it has been somewhat delayed – according to a new report. The ID.4, when it launches will be $39,995, a range of 250 miles and 0-60mph in 8.5 seconds.

The delay is down to the ID.3, which has been causing issues therefor delaying the production of the ID.4, but the company is still on track for next year with a rough date from Automotive News of “the first quarter of 2021”
