Second seasons of a number of Apple TV+ shows are coming soon

Apple launched a lot of new shows on Apple TV+ in the past year and a half the service has been around and we’re coming up to seeing some season two editions of those shows, including Ted Lasso, which a lot of people are looking forward too following from the debut last August. Apple confirmed the news yesterday that a number of its shows will be coming back for second seasons this year.

Spring 2021

  • Ghostwriter part 2
  • Mythic Quest Season 2

Summer 2021

  • Ted Lasso Season 2
  • Home Before Dark Season 2
  • The Morning Show Season 2
  • Truth Be Told Season 2
  • Central Park Season 2

Autumn 2021

  • See Season 2

And it isn’t just second seasons of existing shows, Apple also has new films coming soon, including Billie Eilish: The World’s A Little Blurry, the documentary about the singer as well as Cherry and much more. Some shows such as The Morning Show launched back in November 2019 when Apple TV+ was first introduced, but understandably due to COVID-19 restrictions, some delay in getting the new seasons finished and ready has occurred.

Do I need an Apple device to watch the shows?

Not at all, that may be the case for other Apple services but with Apple TV+ and Apple Music for that matter, the service can be used on other devices.

Apple TV+ can be accessed via the Apple TV app, which can be found on Apple TV streaming boxes, iPhones, iPads, iPod touches, Macs and the web via tv.apple.com as well as on a large variety of smart TVs, Amazon Fire devices, Xbox and Roku devices.
