Some customers who have pre-ordered the Tesla Model Y, are now starting to receive emails letting them know that delivery will be taking place in March this year. The Model 3 based SUV was introduced in March last year and production started to increase in January 2020.

Electrek reported today that some customers have started to get emails to let them know that their Model Y is ready for delivery, in March.

The next step for you is to confirm when you’re able to take delivery so we can ensure the best experience possible.

Once you confirm your availability, we’ll send you an update in the coming days to notify you when you can log into your Tesla Account and complete any remaining steps such as financing or trade-in. Your Tesla adviser will be available to answer any additional questions you may have.

Tesl Model Y deliveries are starting in the US in March, the UK and other areas will be coming later on.
