Tesla sold over 240,000 cars during Q3

Tesla sold over 240,000 cars during Q3

Despite other car companies seeing quite a decline in sales, it seems Tesla is selling a lot of cars lately. During Q3 2021, the company sold 241,300 which is 102,000 more than it did in Q3 2020. In fact, this is the most cars Tesla has ever sold in a given quarter. Elsewhere in the car industry, other companies are seeing drops, GM sold 446,997 cars in Q3 2021, which is a lot but it is 30% less than it did in Q3 2020.

Tesla has also seen a rise in sales here in the UK, with over 20,000 Model 3 sold in Q1 and Q2 this year.
