Ubiquiti launches new 10GB USB-C adaptor for Mac and PC

Ubiquiti has recently launched a new USB-C adaptor for use with Windows, macOS and Linux machines to enable 10GbE networking. The unit resembles the design of a PoE injector and is made from aluminium, so it matches with other UniFi devices.

Ubiquiti does make a point of mentioning that proper functionality does require the computer it is connected to, to have support for either USB4, Thunderbolt 3 or Thunderbolt 4.

The unit is available from the official Ubiquiti store in the US for $199 and is currently out of stock. Its also available in the UK for £190.80 and is listed as "coming soon."
