Dacia has this week, brought back the Duster Extreme SE after the model was dropped earlier this year in February. The model has returned and now sits at the top of the Duster line up, after what Dacia has said is “Back by popular demand.” The new variant can be ordered now, prices start at £18,295 and the first deliveries will start in early 2023.

The Duster Extreme SE is more of a styling upgrade over standard models. It sits on the same spec as the Journey trim level but adds orange accents on the roof bars, door mirrors and Duster logo on the back of the car. Also new, are the 17-inch black alloy wheels. Moving inside, Dacia has added more orange trim pieces with chrome and orange air vent surrounds, orange stitching and orange door cards.

Standard equipment is based on the Journey, so you have an 8-inch touchscreen for the infotainment, with support for the usual Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Keyless entry, heated seats, air conditioning and reversing camera also come as standard too.

In terms of engines, five different options are on offer. Three petrol engines are available with either 90bhp, 130bhp or 150bhp. One 115bhp diesel engine and Dacia is still offering its bi-fuel option, which can use petrol or LPG and produces 100bhp. Being Dacia’s off-road car, it can be specced with four wheel drive and automatic gearbox, if so required.p

Prices start at £18,295 for the new Duster Extreme SE and the first deliveries will start in early 2023.
