BYD, a relatively newcomer to Europe is already set on expanding throughout France. The Chinese manufacturer only has one model on sale here in the UK, the Atto 3. However, over in France the company is gearing up to launch five new electric cars for France, with the initial trio, the Atto 3, Han and Tang.

BYD has partnered with four large dealers in France, but so far has only mentioned three with BYmyCAR, Kroely and Bodemer. BYD dealers will receive deliveries this month and sales will start pretty soon afterwards. BYD has plans to open around 20 locations throughout the country before the end of 2023.

BYD is already selling cars in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, UK, Ireland, Germany, Austria, Spain and Portugal.
