Apple announces ‘Apple Community+’ which highlights the top contributors in the support community

Apple has today revealed the new ‘Apple Community+’ and is going live worldwide. It will highlight those contributors in the support community who have gone above and beyond with their assistance. Apple will be rewarding them by providing access to perks and ‘white-glove experiences’.

Apple will be operating Apple Community+ on a strict invitation-only basis, those users who get in will have been recognised as providing helpful answers to technical questions and being an active and helpful member in the community.

“In the Apple Support Community, we recognize when a member’s positive attitude, expertise, and curiosity to explore new solutions make a big impact in our community. That’s why we created the global Apple Community+ program to honor and celebrate these members! Each year, we invite a small group of contributors from the highest levels of the community to join the program. It’s our way to say thank you and show our appreciation.”

Users can improve their points on the Apple Support Community as well as achieving awards, levels and more. Apple has a full breakdown of how this works on its site.
