Apple has now delayed returning to the office indefinitely

Apple has released an internal memo to staff today, outlining the return to the office in Cupertino. It was originally planned that employees return to the office by February 2021, however the every increasing spread of COVID-19 as pushed this back even further, so much that Tim Cook, Apple CEO has now delayed it indefinitely.

A new memo sent out today has said the return to the office has “yet to be determined” and that those who are able to should work from home still. Tim Cook is keen for employees to come back to the office, he said back in June that “”Video conference calling has narrowed the distance between us, to be sure, but there are things it simply cannot replicate.”

Tim Cook has also said that each employee will receive $1,000 to spent on home working office equipment.
