Apple announced earlier in the week that Apple Fitness+ will be launching next week on Monday 14th December. The new service was announced back in September along side Apple One, the new bundle service, iPad 8th gen, new Apple Watches and iPad Air.

Apple Fitness+ is included in the Premium plan of Apple One which is £29.95 per month / $29.95 or on its own for £9.99/$9.99 per month. Apple is offering yearly based plans for £79.99/$79.99 too.

Apple Fitness+ has video based workouts for yoga, cycling, dance, strength, walking, running and much more. Some require equipment and some don’t. The service will launch United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Ireland, and New Zealand next week. Note, watchOS 7 and iOS 14 are required to use it.
