iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 Pro pre-orders start tomorow – What you need to know

Earlier this week, on Tuesday Apple unveiled the iPhone 11 and the iPhone 11 Pro, amongst other things – but the big news is that tomorow, the two iPhone models go up for pre-order on apple.com as well as all the carrier sites too.

iPhone 11

The iPhone 11 is sort of following on from the iPhone XR from last year, it is the ‘entry level’ model and it also comes in lots of colour options too. It comes in Purple, Green, Yellow, White, Black and Product RED.

iPhone 11 starts at £729 in the UK for 64GB, £779 for 128GB and £879 for 256GB.

In the US it is $699 for for 64GB, $749 for 128GB and $849 for 256GB. Also in the US, Apple offers monthly payments on apple.com though carriers, and you can find that info on the checkout page.

iPhone 11 Pro

The iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max follow on from the iPhone XS and XS Max from 2018. Apple is now marketing the higher end versions as ‘Pro’ models, as it comes with three cameras: one ‘normal’ 12MP lens, one 12MP lens for ultra-wide and then the third is the telephoto lens we are used to.

iPhone 11 Pro in the US it is $999 for for 64GB, $1,149 for 256GB and $1,349 for 512GB

iPhone 11 Pro Max in the US it is $1,099 for for 64GB, $1,249 for 256GB and $1,449 for 512GB

Pre-orders

Pre-orders for all three phones start at 1pm BST (UK), 5am PDT, 9.30pm ACST, 2pm EDT and shipments start a week later, on 20th September
