More cars are now affected by the the VW emission scandal

This VW scandal has gone on for quite a while now, even so there is more news regarding emissions. US investigators have uncovered that the 3.0-litre TDI V6 used by the VW group is to blame and this engine isn’t just used in VW cars the more expensive Audi A5 and Audi A6 are to name a few, also the Porsche Cayenne is affected. Back when this was big news, Volkswagen responded by stating that no software was installed on the 3.0-litre V6 diesel cars, but as we now know this isn’t true.

The addition of the cars which use the 3.0-litre V6 adds to the 11 million car recall, also this can’t bode well for Porchse as the brand has always been held in the limelight for mostly everything.

We shall see what happens, stay tuned to A&T Tech for all the news on this and more.
