The Xbox Series X controller will soon work with Apple devices

The Xbox Series X controller will soon work with Apple devices

The new Xbox Series X was recently made available and it also comes with a new redesigned controller, which can be purchased separately too and some users (myself included) have been noticing it doesn’t work at all with iOS and iPadOS, it will connect ok to them and be recognised but it doesn’t do anything.

This is actually because the Series X controller isn’t supported by Apple yet and right now both Microsoft and Apple are working together to make sure the new controllers work.

“Microsoft and Apple are working together to bring compatibility for the Xbox Series X controller to customers in a future update.”

We’ll provide an update once the new Series X controller has been updated to support Apple devices.
