Toyota GR86 back on sale in the UK

Toyota has recently put the GR86 sports car back on sale in the UK, after the order books were closed in April 2022. The car sold out in just 90 minutes and was, at the time priced at £29,995. The car is back on sale now, but priced a bit higher at £32,495.

Back in April 2022, when the car originally went on sale there was an advisory that anyone who wanted one and would have to wait to see if any buyers had canceled their order, as “when it’s gone, it’s gone.” The main reason being that upciming regulations could mean that the GR86 could not be sold anymore.

Toyota has said that it does anticipate that the new batch of GR86 cars will sell out, however, the waiting list will be kept open in case more stock is available in the future.

Toyota only offers the one trim level for the car, which gets you 18-inch alloys, wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport 4 tyres, 8-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay, reversing camera, LED headlights and a 7-inch screen for the driver.
