Volkswagen T-Cross range gets new more powerful engine in the lineup

The Volkswagen T-Cross is the company’s smallest SUV and now it has a new more powerful engine option, which is its most powerful yet. The new engine is a 1.5-litre petrol engine with 150bhp, paired with a dual clutch 7-speed automatic gearbox,

Before this new engine, the most powerful option was a 1.0-litre petrol with 115bhp. The new engine takes the T-Cross from 0-60 in 8.5 seconds, which is just slightly quicker than the new Up! GTI which was relaunched last week.
