TikTok is currently testing out a new feature for comments, where other users can dislike each others comments. The company announced the news last week and those comments can also be voted as either irrelevant or inappropriate too.

“This community feedback will add to the range of factors we already use to help keep the comment section consistently relevant and a place for genuine engagement.”

When a comment is disliked, this seems to be a way of letting TikTok know about any community guideline violations. Creators will also soon be able to bulk block and bulk delete comments, this will be especially useful for creators who regularly get a lot of negative comments.
