After 5 years, the new TVR Griffith is to launch in 2023

Back in 2017, TVR announced the all new Griffith and it has been around ten years since Les Edgar joined the company to start the new era for the inconci British brand. However the company’s latest car, the new Griffith should be ready to be launched in 2023.

The brand new factory in Ebbw Vale, Wales will be geared up to produce the Griffith, the major delays have been caused by the need to completely rebuild the factory. The company is incentivised to get it sorted as the Welsh government owns three per cent of TVR.

TVR has said it’ll be able to start delivering the first cars to customers by the end of 2023.

The new Griffith will have a naturally aspirated 5.0-litre V8, a six speed manual gearbox and 500bhp. 0-60mph will be handled in around 4 seconds with a top speed of 200mph.
