Alfa Romeo has updated the Stelvio SUV this month, with a revised front end and some new interior changes. The company will be delivering the first cars to customers in early 2023. For now, only the standard models have received updates, with the more performance focused Quadrifoglio to get updated later on next year.

As for the changes, the main outside one is the headlights, which are now darker and feature three individual lights. All models now come standard with LED adaptive Matrix, which will adapt so they won’t dazzle oncoming drivers. Around back, twin exhaust pipes feature on the Competizione trim level.

Inside, Alfa has added a new 12.3-inch digital dash. All models come with three modes to offer less or more information, Evolved, Relax and Heritage. The Relax mode for example, allows for a view with less information, with a focus on just driving.

In terms of engines, Alfa Romeo is offering a 2.0-litre four-cylinder turbo petrol engine with 276bhp and a 2.2-litre four-cylinder diesel with 207bhp. Both engines can be had with an automatic eight speed gearbox and four wheel drive. Like all Stelvio models, no manual option is here.

Alfa Romeo hasn’t revealed the pricing for the new Stelvio, but it will be available early next year. Current prices for the Stelvio start from £52,449 for the 207bhp diesel.
