Dr. Dre’s next album, Compton – is exclusive to Apple Music

Dr. Dre is launching his next album, which is the first album from the rapper since 1999, which is 16 years ago – with the launch of The Chronic: 2001. The next album which is titled Compton: A Soundtrack by Dr. Dre is launching this Friday exclusively on Apple Music and iTunes, which isn’t surprising as Dre now works for Apple. The album is based on the N.W.A film that Dre is working on titled Straight Outta Compton, which launches next week.

Dr. Dre has also shared some information about his album Detox which just isn’t happening. Fans have waited quite a number of years for it but Dre announced that:

“I didn’t like it, it want good. It just wasn’t good…I don’t think I did a good enough job.”
