Fiat announces new Tipo and Panda (RED) models

Fiat announces new Tipo and Panda (RED) models

Fiat has recently announced its new models that are available in (RED) editions, thanks to a partnership with the charity and the Fiat Panda and Tipo are the latest cars to be available in this theme. Fiat has already launched a 500 city car in this range, which is on sale now.

(RED) was founded back in 2006 by Bono from U2 and Bobby Shriver to help fund the research into curing AIDS, however since the pandemic the charity has also started to help fund the fight against COVID-19. Over the years, the likes of Apple, Vespa, Primark and others have all launched (RED) versions of their products – the companies will then donate a percentage of their profits to the charity.

The (RED) Fiat Panda is available only with a 1.0-litre mild hybrid engine, with 69bhp and a 0-60mph time of 13.9 seconds. Fiat says this drivetrain is the most sustainable one it offers. Inside there is Seaqual Yarn seat upholstery.

The Tipo has similar styling tweaks and also gas a more efficient engine here, with a 1.0-litre with 99bhp.

Both are on sale now, the Panda is £15,755 and the Tipo is £23,595.
