Kia announces US prices for the new 2023 Niro EV

This week, Kia has revealed the pricing for the all new 2023 Niro EV, an all electric SUV which is already on sale here in the UK, starting at £36,745 (OTR). Over in the US, the car starts at $39,450 and will be arriving in Kia dealerships later this month.

Kia says the new Niro EV will be available throughout the US, in all 50 states.

Here in the UK, the Niro has three trim levels, with ‘2’, ‘3’ and ‘4’. In the US, only two trims levels are on offer with ‘Niro EV Wind’ and ‘Niro EV Wave’. Wind starts at $39,450 and Wave, from $44,450. Both models have the same 64.8 kWh battery and DC fast charging as standard. Range is 253 miles (EPA).

The Niro EV supports fast charging at 85kW, meaning 10-80% can be achieved in around 45 minutes. The new Kia Niro EV will be arriving in Kia dealerships later this month.
