Vauxhall has announced recently that a new fully electric Astra will be launched in 2023 and will be on sale alongside the plug in hybrid version that will be on sale, with the rest of the new line up later in October.

The upcoming Astra-e will join the Corsa-e and the Mokka-e, as well as the company’s full range of the electric vans, in all sizes. Vauxhall is even planning to have a fully electric version of each of its models by 2024, then the company will be electric only from 2028.
