Tesla is seeing an increase in car deliveries

Tesla is actually yet to make a profit, but the US based car company is seeing a vast growth in this last year, Tesla has shipped 24,500 cars in the third quarter of 2016 a large 70% increase over Q3 in 2015. This is promising for Tesla, as it is no longer the only electric car on the market which “just works” – the Nissan Leaf is an alternative, VW also offer various electric variants of the Golf, Passat and up!

The Tesla Model S is the most popular model, partly as it has been around the longest. The newest model to join is the Model X SUV and the less expensive Model 3 is set to be on sale in the next few years.
