Earlier today, London based kitchen and home equipment manufacturer Joseph Joseph introduced its latest range of products, called ‘Fusion’. The company has said the new range has been developed over the last two years, with help from its team in Asia. The company has a range of new kitchen utensils which have been specifically designed for dealing with Asian cuisine, from a new rice spoon, wire skimmer, larger spoons and turners as well as a new set of precision tongs, perfect for “delicate foods” such as prawns.

New and related, but not in the new Fusion product range is the company’s latest set of kitchen knifes, with included bamboo tray. Manufactured out of Japanese steel, it includes 9cm paring knife, 11cm serrated knife, 14 cm, santoku knife, 20 cm chef’s knife and 20 cm bread knife.

“Developed over two years alongside our Joseph Joseph team in Asia, this exciting new collection features our iconic Elevate™ technology, and utensil shapes specifically designed for practical and precision cooking.”

The new range is available now from the official Joseph Joseph website, with a starting price of £8 for the new rice spoon.
